Freedom and liberty in the UK press is dying.

Comment: I am CERTAIN that in the near future there will be "privacy" legislation, which will be the start of a Department of Censorship, no doubt known as MiniTruth to anyone who has read 1984. It will ostensibly be there to protect the families of murdered schoolchildren, maimed ex soldiers, and others whose private grief shouldn't be impinged upon. 

However this will not really exist for this purpose but to protect the WEALTHY, the POWERFUL, and the WICKED from the press. It will make such items as the recent superinjunction affair, involving Members of Parliament, dolly bird chasing  Footballers etc. much more difficult for the UK press to report. 

But this is not the MAJOR reason for the Fall of the House of Murdoch.

Guido has read the News of the World since he was a paperboy in West London over 30 years ago. Those who don’t read it think “The Screws” is all titillation, randy vicars and soap stars. It is that and also great popular campaigning journalism at its best, reflecting the concerns of people other than Islington Indy readers.
Politicians, the corrupt and evil feared it, today is a good day for them. Unfortunately when the drive to get the story crossed over into illegally hacking the phones of victims of tragedies, the good guys became bad guys. It has always been the case that the best stories often have a dubious legal provenance involving deception, subterfuge or law breaking, that is done to get at the truth that wrongdoers are hiding. Investigative journalists everywhere, including this blog, do it because it is the only way to get the truth. Using the dark arts to sell more newspapers with ghoulish tales is, as many have said, disgusting and unacceptable.Momentum is building for press regulation, politicians of all parties are keen to tame the feral press. Public opinion is shifting towards them. This would be a mistake. The rich and the powerful in this country would like nothing better than to have a craven and beholden press. In many countries this is exactly what they have and ordinary people are worse off for it. Privacy laws are a trojan horse for censorship.Privacy from intrusion by the state or journalists who break the law by stealing photographs, hacking, climbing over the wall into your back garden, that should be protected. Privacy laws should not be a means to hide embarrassment for those who can afford to hire Schillings. That way lies an untouchable ruling elite.In the end Murdoch closed the News of the World because he feared an advertiser and consumer boycott (plus to try take the heat off the Sky takeover). If you disapprove of a newspaper don’t buy and read it. That is simply the most powerful restraint you have on newspaper proprietors in a free democracy. Even Rupert Murdoch fears his customers.Restrictive press laws will be circumvented in the borderless internet age, however Guido would rather not have to try to expensively fight the good fight from permanently offshore. Meantime Guido wishes both his friends and enemies at The Screws the best of luck for the future. Oh, and thanks for paying the kids’ school fees.

There's something bigger with Murdoch than a few hurt feelings.

NB I detest Murdoch, the Sun and Fox news, but my likes are not the point of this post.

Before we all die of laughter from the predicament that Rupert Murdoch has landed in, we need to consider the news behind the news. 
There is something more than meets the eye with this whole business. Murdoch has not only met with woes in his UK operation, but Fox News has been on the receiving end of a concerted campaign from, amongst other groups Media Matters, a gang of strident communists surrounding Obama and his Jewish handlers in Washington DC. 
Who stands to gain from this?
(1) The Trinity Mirror group, which owns the Indie and Daily/Sunday Mirror. The Sun (formerly the Labour supporting Daily Herald) has crushed all competition, and took the best selling tabloid spot from the Daily Mirror in the seventies, and unmoveable after that. 
(2) The BBC, whose only REAL (Richard Branson's "Virgin" cable network is inured in debt) competition IS Rupert and News International/News Corps. Because of the way in which Satellite TV was set up in the UK, there was virtually no competition to Sky. Only the BBC, with a licence fee, can compete on any sort of real equal level, but as with the old ITV, finds it hard to compete for viewers in light entertainment, sport and popular drama. 
(3) British Telecom, originally barred by Thatcher in the eighties from providing televisual services, has struggled to get "BT Vision" taken up by the viewers, because it relies on "Freeview" (crap) and Broadband Internet (crapper) .

Ah, BT Vision. Avoid it like the plague is what i say. I had been a BT customer for phone and broadband for two years, it became overpriced so i called to cancel and they offered me BT Vision box, new Home Hub and first 3 months free to convince me to stay. Now the only thing i'd want BT Vision for is Setanta Sports (see my comment in the "Me V Setanta" thread) as i cant receive Setanta Sports where i am. I said to BT over the phone it's only any use to me if the signal for it comes down the Broadband Line, and not down the ariel. I was assured multiple times categorically that the signal comes down the Broadband line and would work fine.

(4) In the US, Murdoch has offered the only real alternative to CNN, ABC, CBS, MSNBC, the liberal print press and talk radio. His conservative/neo-con "Fox News" company wipes the floor for viewers with many of the liberal providers. The Communists are cock a hoop. 
(5) Obama, his Jewish handlers and the Democratic party in the US, whose bete noir has been Fox News. 
Within British politics, the fall of Murdoch, you will note has been greeted like children view Christmas. All three main parties have for thirty years lived in fear of Murdoch, and they smell blood, and suddenly have become incredibly brave. 

The Guardian is cock-a-hoop.The Indie is enraptured.The Mirror is at a near orgasm. 
So now, without Murdoch, we have the end of the false dichotomy, the fake paradigm, and the real start of the Liberal-Fascist-Communist state, where there will be an official line, we'll all just hear the same message, attuned only to class, economic status and race, but for all intents and purposes, identical. This is no victory for the White folk of this country. Whilst the Murdoch empire existed, strong and a real force, it restrained - to a large degree - the Reds. That's going, and I expect the deterioration of nation, economy and society generally to gather momentum . 
And there is no organised White, nationalist organisation to exploit this, so it's worthless to us.

Whilst British troops die and are maimed in the wastes of Afghanistan, supposedly protecting their families and country from ‘international terrorists’, the very people who created the world wide terror programme are hollowing out democracy at home. Marxists have penetrated the EU and Westminster, and they are building a dictatorship in Britain and Europe.

Further critical evidence of marxist penetration of the European Union is emerging. A string of communist placemen, all associated with oppressive regimes are being exposed within the EU Commission. Working with well informed Russian dissidents, with access to Kremlin and KGB records, Gerard Batten UKIP MEP has recently bravely challenged the EU to remove this malign influence. His words will of course fall on deaf ears since the EU is itself a creation of Fabian Marxism. A slow creeping ideological cancer that has now spread within the western world including the UK. It is coupled to Marxists and other communists now blatantly visible within Westminster. We ignore this spread of cancer at our peril.

Whilst many still believe the EU is democratic, with a free vote in the European Parliament, the truth is that a secretive and powerful Commission drives the agenda for the creation of a massive European superstate. This body is anything but democratic. In fact the European Commission acts as an powerful secretive executive of the European Union with 27 Commissioners. It is responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the Union’s treaties and the general day-to-day running of the Union.

Only those who have lived through cold-war communism both in the Soviet Union and East Germany for example can appreciate the fear and oppression. Secret police, hidden gulag prison camps, arrests, spies, mistrust amongst neighbours, propaganda and a life of serving the State. Have you noticed the proliforation of police state regulations now blighting Britain. Not to mention the CCTV cameras, 20,000 public official snoopers, politically correct speech, Vexatious Threat Asssessment Centres where the police and psychiatrists can section people for thinking about crime, and courts with no juries. Under Fabian Blair, supported by Labour, Conservatives and Lib Dem MPs, the UK was happy to launch illegal wars, assist in torture and run a BBC propaganda programme to cover up the truth. Are these all coincidences?

In the West, we were fooled into thinking that with the fall of the Berlin Wall came the fall of communism. Nothing is further from the truth. The face of communism changed but behind the scenes the cruel communist dream of “one world government, the abolition of the nation state and their replacement by regions, was to be accompanied by the destruction of the family and the crushing of Christianity. Let’s also not forget that environmental issues were also to be more important than man.”

A great many people warned us that we were being deceived - dissidents, military and religious leaders, some politicains, researchers, authors and more. Despite their best efforts papers, reports, books and even films were overshadowed by the massive media campaign for Glasnost spewed out by the BBC and mainstream media.

To understand how our own media betrayed us, we need to look behind the scenes at who controls and pays for them. Deeper research will show it is the same bankers who have funded the rise of communism since the Bolsheviks. Unpalatable but not untrue.

Whilst many have laughed at the leadership of UKIP, and those fighting for Britain, Batten deserves recognition for sticking his neck out to name dangerous people within the EU.

The same EU that is making our laws and now claims to run our justice system. But where are Cameron and Clegg in all this. Silent and increasingly complicit in denying the truth about the EU. Their blue and yellow rinse supporters follow like lemmings. Batten states:

Five Commissioners-designate include Communist apparatchiks: Siim Kallas, Maroš Šefcovic, Štefan Füle, Andris Piebalgs and Janez Potocnik. [More detail on these individuals is given at the end of this article] All of these men served oppressive communist regimes or were members of communist pattrties. Another candidate, Maria Damanaki, is the former Greek Communist Party MP. Communist parties are by their nature non-democratic, and wherever they have achieved power, oppressive.

Baroness Ashton, designated as the EU’s High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy, was the Treasurer of the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament in Britain in the early 1980s and was allegedly a communist sympathiser. I recently supplied Mr Barosso with information indicating that during her time as CND’s Treasurer unidentified donations may have included money channelled from the Soviet bloc. Baroness Ashton has so far failed to give a full and clear answer to these accusations. If they are true it shows that she was prepared to accept money from Britain’s enemies to undermine the foreign and security policy of her own country and that of NATO. That being the case she can hardly be a proper person to entrust with the EU’s foreign and security policy now.

Joaquín Almunia belongs to the Marxist wing of the Socialist Workers’ Party in Spain. He was a minister in the SWP Government in 1986-1991, under Felipe Gonzalez. This Government was fanatically pro-Kremlin and enthusiastically supported the Soviet project of the creation of a ‘common European home’, it also opposed the independence of the Baltic states. As SWP leader in 2000, Almunia was personally responsible for its infamous electoral coalition with the communist-dominated ‘Izquierda Unida’ block. The candidature of László Andor is strongly objected to by many Hungarians, and others, on the grounds of his allegedly Marxist views and former closeness to the Hungarian Communist Party. One of the few real powers this Parliament has is the ability to reject the Commission. It is our duty to hold the Commission candidates accountable for their pasts. No one who worked for, collaborated with, or was in any way compromised by their association with communist regimes is fit to be a Commissioner in what at least purports to be a democratic institution. Too many questions remain unttanswered. The new Commission must be composed of new people with clean records.

Some of you may recall that in April 2006 I asked for a Parliamentary enquiry into the allegations of my constituent Alexander Litvinenko, a former Lieutenant Colonel in the Russian FSB, that a former President of the Commission, Romano Prodi, had been an agent of some kind of the KGB. This enquiry never happened and Mr Litvinenko was murdered before I could bring him to the Parliament to openly discuss his allegations.

The allegations about the communist past of some of the proposed Commissioners must not similarly be ignored. Those of you who maintain that the democratic credentials of the EU can be improved must form a consensus across the political spectrum to reject the proposed Commissioners and demand one composed of genuine democrats.

Therefore I call on all MEPs of whatever political affiliation or group membership to vote against and reject the currently proposed Commission as unfit to represent an institution that purports to be democratic.”

Encouragingly, but with little time left, other are supporting batten and the UKColumn in highlighting the deliberate destruction of democracy in UK. John Laughland mail on Sunday wrote in Feb 2000 “Why activists and communists will soon run British justice.” He stated: But it is the court in Strasburg which will sit atop this new judicial pyramid ... it is here that the threat to civil liberties is at its greatest ... since 1990 the council of europe has gone on an expansionist binge bringing in new members from nearly all of the countries in formerly Communist Eastern Europe and many from the former Soviet Union, including Russia ... consequently there now sits in Strasburg a man who worked for the Communist government of Romanian dictator Nicolae Ceausescu, a woman who enforced communist law in Bulgaria under Todor Zhivkov and a man whose career began during the rule of Albania’s Enver Hoxha, the most hideous Stalinist dictatorship Europe has even seten.”

Strasburg and the European Court of Human Rights are of course supported by everybody from Jack Straw (‘forner’ communist) to that pinnacle of truth Cherie Blair (husband Chair of the Fabian Socialist movement).

Former communists (really?) in power at Westminster include Mandy Mandelson, Bob Ainsworth Milliband brothers, Reid, Hain, Treisman, Brown (helped into power by the Scottish Communists and with Charles Whelan, a former high ranking communist, his principal spin doctor). Mandelson is of course a great friend of the Rothschild banking empire that so praised the Chinese communist experiment that murdered 60 million? people.

Even Melony Phillips from the Daily Mail, has started waving a red flag of warning. On Nov 9 2009 she wrote a major article warning..”We were fools to think the fall of the Berlin Wall had killed off the far Left.They’re back and attacking us from within.” Her text states...” the republic of Euroland puts loyalty to itself higher than that to individual nations and their values. It refused to commit itself in its constitution to uphold Christianity, the foundation of western morality ... Instead it committed to moral and cultural relativism, which sets group against group and guarantees supreme and anti-democratic power to the beaurocrats setting the rules on ‘diversity’ and outlawing all dissent from pemitted attitudes.” Thttese are fine and astute words. What a pity the Daily Mail failed to report 3,000 demonstators at Parliament demanding a referendum on the impending Lisbon Treaty - an unlawful treaty later signed by the treasonous communist Brown - the Mail instead preferred to write for 8 days on the danger of plastic bags. Credit where it’s due though - Phillips has woken up as has Peter Hitchens. Many more journalists need to as they will be the first to be silenced in a dictatorship. Try asking the dead and missing journalists and investigative reporters in the new ‘CCCP democracy’ of Russia. The impending revolution in UK will, if allowed to manifest, eat its young. That includes men, women and children, Jew, Muslim and Christian, gay, straight and bisexual alike.

We should not forget that the Marxist menace has long been gnawing at the British establishment. The cambridge spies Blunt and Co, Harold Wilson and others in his government were all extreme socialist and too close to the Soviet Union. The General Secretary of the Transport and General Worker’s Union, Jack Jones, was recently exposed as being a KGB agent. In his latter years Jones still vetted Labour candidates - we can only guess what attributes he was looking for. A young Blair?

Peter Oborne is another journalist now looking in the right place. On Saturday 2 Jan 2009 he wrote under “I spy a mystery”. “Last week, I asked Gordon Brown yet again to withdraw his effusive words of praise for trade unionist Jack Jones in the light of the revelation that Jones had been a paid Soviet agent for many years. And yet again he has refused to do so. This is mysterious and I will be looking much deeper into old labour’s connection with Soviet communism in the weeks to come.“

Are people waking up to the treason within Britain? Finally, yes. But it needs to be faster and on a massive scale, since the police state doors are closing. A word of advice for Oborne and his fellow journalists is time is short. The marxist cancer seen in Labour is now also in the Tories and Lib Dems, just as it always was in communism and fascism. Today it takes a Fabian form. Across politics, parties, third sector and civil service, it is hidden in full light of day. As such it can be destroyed, but only when the majority of people lawfully rebel to reject and destroy it. Journalists and media people have a moral and professional responsibility to assist.

Abdul and Rafiq can't believe how helpful the Police at Calais are, knowing their Civil Partnership registration in Britain won't be delayed by paperwork or questions any longer, thanks to the UK Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court has ruled that two gay men from Iran and Cameroon have the right to asylum in the UK.

The pair took their cases to the court after being told by the Home Office they could safely return home if they were "discreet" about their sexual orientation.

The Cameroonian man, HT, argued he was told he could be sent home despite being attacked after he was seen kissing his partner.

The Iranian man, HJ, was told by a tribunal that he must expect persecution for his homosexuality and could avoid it by being discreet.

Lord Hope, who read out the judgment, said: "To compel a homosexual person to pretend that his sexuality does not exist or suppress the behaviour by which to manifest itself is to deny him the fundamental right to be who he is."

An earlier Court of Appeal decision said the government could return the pair to their home countries on the basis that they could be discreet, despite homosexuality being illegal in both countries and HT suffering violence from his neighbours.

The case was brought on behalf of the men by the London office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.

The men's lawyer, Iona Harding, of Baker & McKenzie, said: "This is an excellent result which will ensure that lesbian, gay and bisexual people receive the protection they are entitled to as refugees in the UK and are not expected to hide their identity in order to escape execution, long prison sentences or other forms of persecution."

Gay asylum campaigner Paul Canning told PinkNews.co.uk that the decision had "extremely broad implications" for gay asylum seekers in other countries due to the EU trying to bring standardise asylum policy.

He added: "This is a clear victory. It is one in the eye for the last government."

The court's judgment said that the term "concealment" was preferred to discretion, as this recognises that gay people in homophobic countries may need to be dishonest about their sexuality and that the average person would find it intolerable to have to conceal their sexuality for fear of persecution.

It added that UK authorities must consider whether asylum applicants have to conceal their sexuality at home for fear of persecution and if so, they should be given refugee status regardless of whether they can successfully keep their sexuality secret.

The coalition government has said it will introduce new rules to prevent the deportation of any gay asylum seeker who faces "imprisonment, torture or execution" if sent home.

Neither HT or HJ were at risk of torture or execution and neither said they had been imprisoned.

Home secretary Theresa May said: "I welcome the ruling of the Supreme Court, which vindicates the position of the coalition government.

"We have already promised to stop the removal of asylum seekers who have had to leave particular countries because their sexual orientation or gender identification puts them at proven risk of imprisonment, torture or execution.

"I do not believe it is acceptable to send people home and expect them to hide their sexuality to avoid persecution.

"From today, asylum decisions will be considered under the new rules and the judgment gives an immediate legal basis for us to reframe our guidance for assessing claims based on sexuality, taking into account relevant country guidance and the merits of each individual case.

"We will, of course, take any decisions on a case-by-case basis looking at the situation in the country of origin and the merits of individual cases in line with our commitment."

Every street in the land is to be filled to the brim with anyone who CLAIMS to be a queer, pooftah, shirtlifter, left footer, dyke, lezza or bumchum, because you an bet that this decision has gone double quick time along the jungle telegraph to each and every part of the world.

These group above represent the protected "minority" who have and always have the first middle and last call on any public service or assistance because they scream DISCRIMINATION! HATER! BIGOT!

I'm stunned by the Budget

All the Reds are whining about the budget. The Tories have done some good then.

As I've said previously, VAT rise is bad and regressive.

No duty on booze and fags. Raaaaay!

£1000 rise in tax allowance. Raaaaay!

And the budget cuts - excluding the NHS - will get rid us of thousands of Black One Legged Lesbian Ex Prostitute counsellors, Carrot Co-ordinators, Punjabi AIDS specialists, Smoking Cessation staff, Chinese Opium Addict advisors  and all the other deadbeat hangers on of the largess of the last Communist government. Raaaaay!

VAT, the favourite tax of the wealthy Elite.

 Can the people in Britain be pushed to rebel?

Most people live in ignorance of this tax, because it is collected without you seeing it, by the seller of the goods.We are financially raped with every transaction made.

In principle, VAT applies to all provisions of goods and services. VAT is assessed and collected on the value of goods or services that have been provided every time there is a transaction (sale/purchase). The seller charges VAT to the buyer, and the seller pays this VAT to the government. If, however, the purchaser is not an end user, but the goods or services purchased are costs to its business, the tax it has paid for such purchases can be deducted from the tax it charges to its customers. The government only receives the difference; in other words, it is paid tax on the gross margin of each transaction, by each participant in the sales chain.

Very nice blurb, but not the truth. The VAT exists to hide the full tax take, to obscure how much is bled from the economy each and very day. Billions are collected and simply pissed away on rubbish, such as immigrants, worthless educational qualifications, war in the Gulf, PC garbage etc et al. It is an absolutely wicked tax, with no redeeming quality. IF the Tory/LibDem coalition were SERIOUS about a reform to taxation they would introduce a FLAT TAX, with a minimum standard of existence level wherein you would recieve WELFARE PAYMENTS to make up your income to at least subsistence level. No more odd little allowances, just a basic rate of tax for everyone, simple, easy, a percentage. An example:  Earned £50,000 in total, with shares, savings, etc ? Basic allowance £25000? Tax payable? 10% of £25000 = £2500. Simple, huh? No other taxes. No electricity tax, no petrol tax, no clothing taxes, tampon taxes or anything else. Alongside of this however: The national debt? A fixed term levy on stuff that is a choice, until it is paid down: A 10% tax on fast food, gold and silver, carbonated drinks, high performance cars, fur based clothing, DVD/CDs, alcohol and tobacco products, video games, internet access, and the rubbish the rich fritter their cash away on (which is their choice) , including a tax on home sales where the house is worth 5 times the average for a three bedroom house in the district,  collected and paid directly to our lenders (through the buy back of government bonds - GILTS) to amortize - KILL - the debt. And then it stops. Finally we need to accept that the Welfare system is broken beyond repair, and do something different, probably leaving people to choose what they do outside the national minimum subsistence level.

I haven't found a conspiracy theory I didn't think about.

There are conspiracies everywhere.

• Hitler was removed from the bunker in Berlin in a Yellow Submarine by, amongst others, Ian Fleming. 
• 99.9% of UFO stories
• Immigration is good for Britain
• The Queen is a literal reptillian creature

Real ones include:

• Vaccines are really not very good for you.
• David Icke speaks SOME truth but for financial reasons dresses much of it New Age mumbo jumbo like "Reptilian Creatures" because he is frightened identify those who are really at the core of the conspiracies, and because Yanks loved the 2012 end of the world trash
• There is a group called Common Purpose, who are busily infiltrating the British government right at this movement. 
• Many powerful positions, held both in government, media and the economy of Great Britain, the US, Australia, NZ and Canada, are held by Jews, out of proportion by their numbers within the population, who control the City of London.
•  Fluoride in Toothpaste is highly poisinous, a by-product of the aluminium industry, and was used by both Hitler (Concentration Camps) and Stalin (Gulags), and does nothing to halt tooth decay.
• George Bernard Shaw, H G Wells, Annie Besant, Eleanor Marx, and others created the Fabian Society, a revolutionary group, whose purpose is to carry out a scientific revolution, described in the novel, and film, "Things to Come" (written by HG Wells), part of which is an enormous Eugenics campaign, of us common folk here in Britain.
• We have been financially raped over the past sixty years under the guise of modernism and socialism. 
• There are many, many Jesuits, Knights of Malta, Opus Dei and other Roman Catholic fraternity members deeply embedded in the British parliament, whose purpose is to return Britain to the control of the Vatican. 

Most of us have been duped. The vast majority of Roman Catholics and Jews are as dumb a group of sheep as 99.9% of Freemasons, Pagans/Wiccans, Socialists, Libertarians. Reading The Guardian is a good indicator of stupidity, but not foolproof. The Jesuits, Zionists are really wolves in sheep's clothing, just as the chap in the first video above says. There is no "one group" who is to "blame" , they are merely exoteric facets of the esoteric - unseen - invisible hand controlling events.

To reiterate:

The reality is that Jesuits, and Zionists, Freemasons, all believe in the same thing: they are Luciferians : they are Humanists. They gained control of Europe in the Enlightenment, and it is why we are where we are today. They are not Jews, Or Roman Catholics, or Protestants, even if the claim to be so: those ideologies are in their eyes, for the profane, the temporal, the stupid sheep (they are not interested as to whether there is any truth in them either, they have their own truths). 

Now, we know that all of the major political parties, plus the Green Party, are all the same, just dressed differently, like shop dummies in the department store window.
We know that the system is rigged to keep the scum who sell their soul for thirty pieces of silver - professional "Politicians" are worthless. They are puppets.




Democracy in the modern, bourgeois sense, is worthless. The moment those from outside the political grid come close to power, the mechanisms they planned to use, once in their elected places, are destroyed and new ones substituted.
The most that we can hope to achieve from the electoral system is to awaken people, to recruit people into some form of alternative structure, eventually bypassing Parliament, and allowing it to decay.
Successful revolutions require less than 15% of the people to take a stand. It's deciding what that stand is, that's the problem.
